• Acceptable Use: Users are free to create anything they like using the platform. However, you agree not to compete directly with ndexr.io using any code or infrastructure provided through the platform.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the account registration process and while using the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on ndexr.io are the property of ndexr or its licensors. You are not permitted to use any content from our platform to compete directly with us or create derivative works without prior written consent.

• No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, except as required by law.

You agree that we are not liable for AWS infrastructure issues beyond our control.

ndexr.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the operation or availability of the platform. While we provide full security, you acknowledge that short downtime windows may occur to rebuild applications in production.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado, without any requirement for arbitration.
